the minor using this web site with your name or your account. The access to the
information or some other functionalities on this Web site may be refused to
you by Cavalia if there is an illegal, prohibited, excessive or abusive use.
1.2 Prices
Only the prices listed are available with this
purchase type.
You must fill all the fields into the
reservation form. The Internet reservations are available only with a valid
credit card. You must indicate your name as it appears on the credit card.
1.3 Approval
Each reservation is subjected to the approval of
Cavalia and the credit card supplier financial institutions.
1.4 Exchange, refund or cancellation
Unless the show you have purchased a ticket for has been cancelled or rescheduled, or there are legal requirements that provide otherwise (including, without limitation those of the Australian Consumer Law), tickets cannot be refunded.You must also respect all COVID-19 regulations specified by public health officials.
Ticket exchanges are valid up to 7 days before the show date.
If a refund or exchange is made, Cavalia may, to the extent permitted by law, retain any fee it has charged.
If a show is rescheduled, you will be offered equivalent seats at the rescheduled show. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled show or a show is cancelled entirely, you are entitled to a refund of the face value of the tickets and the per ticket service charge. However, once a show has taken place there is generally no right to a refund or exchange. Please contact us for exact instructions if a show is cancelled or rescheduled.
1.5 Utilisation restricted for personal use only
This web site is available for personal use
only. You are not authorized to use this Web site for commercial issue. Also,
you are not authorized to modify, copy, transfer, give or sell software,
information, products or services obtained with this Web site. You are not
